Wholesale Terms
These are our standard wholesale terms. They apply to stock and custom programs unless we agree otherwise in writing on your quotation. If anything here is unclear, ask your account manager before ordering.
1. Minimum Order Quantity
- Stock styles: [MOQ] pcs per design
- Custom / OEM designs: 300 pcs per design
- You may mix sizes within one design to reach the MOQ
- You may mix plating colors within one design (gold / steel / rose gold / black)
- First-time trial orders: we can discuss a mixed assortment of 3–5 designs
2. Volume Price Tiers
- 50 – 199 pcs — base wholesale price
- 200 – 499 pcs — 5% off
- 500 – 999 pcs — 8% off
- 1,000 – 2,999 pcs — 12% off
- 3,000+ pcs — quoted case by case
3. Samples
- Stock sample: USD $[X] per piece, plus shipping
- Custom sample: USD $[X], quoted after design review
- Sample lead time: 7 days for stock, 10–15 days for custom
- Stock sample fees are credited back on your first order of USD $[X] or more
- Freight for samples is paid by the buyer (express courier, 3–7 days)
4. Payment Terms
- T/T bank transfer — 30% deposit, 70% before shipment (standard)
- L/C at sight — for orders above USD 20,000
- PayPal or credit card — for samples and orders under USD 1,000
- Alibaba Trade Assurance — available if you prefer platform protection
- All prices quoted in USD and valid for 30 days
5. Production & Delivery
- In-stock: 3–5 business days after payment
- Production: 15–25 days after sample approval
- Rush orders: possible at a surcharge — ask us
- We send photo updates at material, plating, assembly and packing stages
6. Shipping Incoterms
- EXW [City] — you arrange collection
- FOB Shenzhen or Guangzhou — standard for sea freight
- CIF — available for most destinations
- DDP — available for US, EU, UK and Australia on request
7. Tooling & Moulds
New custom shapes may require tooling. Tooling is quoted separately and is yours — we keep it on file for your reorders at no extra charge. Tooling fees are non-refundable but are often credited back after cumulative orders reach an agreed volume.
