Our Order Model
CM Tech Gem is a wholesale jewelry supplier. Most items are made to order after confirmation — we do not operate a retail ready-stock storefront. This lets us keep flexible MOQ and support customization.
MOQ & Sampling
- Minimum order: 500 pieces per style (500 pairs for earrings).
- Stock samples and custom prototypes are available on request before bulk production.
Production Lead Time
After deposit and confirmed details, typical production runs 15–25 working days depending on style complexity and order volume. We state the estimated date in your order confirmation.
Shipping Methods

Tracking
We provide tracking numbers once goods are dispatched.
Import Duties & Taxes
Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance costs are the buyer’s responsibility and are not included in our quoted prices.
Receiving Goods
Please inspect shipments on arrival and report visible damage within 7 days with photos so we can file a claim with the carrier.
