2. Site Content & Intellectual Property

All product images, descriptions, logos, and designs on this site are the property of CM Tech Gem or its partners. You may not reuse, resell, or redistribute our images without written permission.

3. Product Information

We describe materials, sizes, and finishes as accurately as possible. Colors may vary slightly due to screen settings and PVD/plating batches. Natural stone pieces vary in pattern and tone. All items are made to order unless stated otherwise.

4. Wholesale Orders

• MOQ: 500 pieces per style (500 pairs for earrings).
• Pricing: tiered by quantity; final price is confirmed in writing before production.
• Confirmation: production starts after deposit and written order confirmation.

5. Customization (OEM / ODM)

We support custom designs, logos, and materials. Custom specifications are finalized through signed confirmation to avoid misunderstanding.

6. Payment

A deposit is required to start production; the balance is due before shipment. Payment methods are confirmed per order.

7. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site, or delay caused by force majeure, customs, or carrier issues.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China.
