Selling rings wholesale across markets means speaking three sizing languages. Get it wrong and returns climb; get it right and you can brief suppliers precisely.
The systems. US/Canada use a numeric scale (e.g. 6, 7, 8). Europe uses circumference in mm (e.g. 52, 54, 57). Asia (Japan/China) uses a separate numeric scale that does not match US. A US 7 ≈ EU 54 ≈ JP 14 — but never assume; print a conversion card.
Stocking strategy. For mixed markets, lead with adjustable open rings (one size fits most) to defer the sizing problem entirely. For fixed-size lines, stock the middle of each system’s range and widen on reorder data.
